BEST ORGANIC CRIB SHEETS OF 2025 ON EVERY BUDGET: SOFT, SAFE, AND STYLISH PICKS FOR YOUR BABY
I only share products I genuinely love and use myself or for my family. If you purchase through my links, I may earn a small commission—at no extra cost to you. Thank you for supporting my work in this little corner of the internet!
When I first started shopping for organic crib sheets, I was overwhelmed by the price tags—and underwhelmed by the style options. But after trying out several brands across the budget spectrum (some I bought, others were gifted, and one was recommended by a trusted friend), I’ve narrowed it down to five organic crib sheet brands that I feel confident recommending—whether you’re watching your spending or ready to splurge a little for softness and style.
Let’s break it down:
Budget-Friendly Organic Crib Sheets
1. Honest Company Organic Crib Sheets
Cost: $11-$20 per sheet
Color/Pattern Options: 22 (and they’re actually cute!)
Why I Love It:
If you’re looking for pretty patterns without the hefty price tag, Honest Company nails it. Their crib sheets are available on Amazon, which makes them easy to grab, and the variety of prints—from solids to sweet florals to whimsical prints—is impressive. I honestly think Honest wins for the best budget-friendly patterns.
Durability: Yes. I used one for several years through multiple babies. It held up well and still looked good by the time I replaced it (more of a want than a need).
2. Burt’s Bees Baby Organic Crib Sheets
Cost: $14-$21 per sheet
Color Options: 21
Why I Love It:
These are dependable, simple, and soft. The solid colors are muted and timeless, perfect for a minimal nursery or if you’re going for a clean, calming vibe. My Burt’s Bees sheets made it through three babies—no holes, no tears. They’ve earned their place in the “budget-friendly but built to last” category. However, the pricer patterns are as expensive as the splurge options I recommend below (and would choose instead for the price).
Affordable Splurge Options
3. Newton Baby Organic Muslin Crib Sheets
Cost: $38 for a 2-pack ($19 per sheet)
Color Options: 13
Why I Included It:
I actually called in a friend’s review on this one because I haven’t personally used Newton sheets—yet. But I felt they were worth mentioning because of their breathable muslin cotton and smart bundling with the Newton crib mattress (if you’re already eyeing that investment). My friend let me know she loves the noticeable high quality of these sheets. However, they aren’t super soft, more linen like.
The downside? You’re buying them in a 2-pack, so it’s a $38 commitment. But honestly, with newborn laundry, two is the bare minimum number of crib sheets you want.
Bonus: They come in neutral tones as well as soft gender-specific hues.
4. Bella Coterie Luxury Bamboo Crib Sheets
Cost: $23 per sheet
Color Options: 7 (mostly neutrals—think creams, greys, sage, and blue)
Why I Love It:
This is hands-down my favorite until I discovered Huxie. We received a Bella Coterie crib sheet as a baby shower gift from a church friend, and it instantly became the sheet I reach for most. With a 400 thread count and made from cooling bamboo viscose, it’s unbelievably soft and breathable. Perfect for warm sleepers or summer babies.
Only Cons: The color selection is limited. No pinks or brights—just neutrals, sage green, and a pale blue. Please add a soft pink option for little girls!! But if you’re going for a soft, modern nursery, it fits right in. Noteworthy, baby drool does show up more pronounced on the bamboo fabric, in my opinion. So the tradeoff to the silkier material is possibly feeling compelled to do laundry more frequently due to droll marks.
5. Huxie Organic Cotton Crib Sheets
Cost: $20-$25.99 per sheet
Color Options: 10 (mostly neutrals with an authentic Scandinavian flair; 8 solid colors, 2 patterns)
Why I Love It: This crib sheet quickly became my favorite because of its softness and for the fact that it doesn’t show as much droll as the Bella Coterie. When I say soft, I mean very soft! I put my little one to bed knowing he is on such a comfortable and breathable crib sheet.
Tip: Watch for flash sales!! I was able to score this crib sheet in Roman Green for only $14.39. At the time, Roman Green was the only color on sale. It conveniently matches my son’s nursery decor. Available in two-packs for $20 per sheet.
What’s in My Nursery?
I keep a mix:
• One Bella Coterie (my favorite for silkiness)
• One Honest Company (for a pop of pattern and color)
• One Huxie (my all around favorite for softness and style)
This combo has worked perfectly for our routine, and honestly, they all hold up beautifully. Most recently I added a Huxie sheet because I think 3-4 crib sheets is the ideal number.
Final Thoughts
You don’t have to spend a fortune to get soft, breathable, organic crib sheets for your baby. Whether you’re stocking up on a budget or looking to splurge a little on something extra cozy, there are great options out there.
Whether you’re building a registry or buying one sheet at a time, I hope this guide helps you find the right fit for your nursery—and your budget.
Last tip: I personally steer clear of white bedding because that sounds like a lot of extra laundry work with all the baby spit up (and occasional diaper blow out)!
Let me know your favorites! Are there any organic brands I should try next?
